Kyle is a Project Planner at DC&E.
He conducts research and writing for a wide range of reports and plans including General Plans, Specific
Plans, and EIRs.
He holds a B.S. degree in Political Science from Santa Clara University.
Kyle has worked as staff for elected officials including a member of the San Jose City Council where his
work focused on public policy.
He has also provided staff services for Greenbelt Alliance, advocating for livable communities, and
promoting sustainable development.
In his spare time, he enjoys reading, surfing, and being outdoors.
